Comfortable Stay but Room Needs Updates!

Enjoyed a cozy night in the King Room, although the interior felt dated. The lobby had a nice ambiance, but I wished the restaurant was open for dinner. Great location with easy access to local attractions! Make sure to check for other dining options nearby.

The Executive Suite fit our family well, offering ample space for our toddler and infant. The bed arrangement worked for us, but I found the lack of outlets on one side particularly inconvenient. We managed to use long charging cords, but it would be nice to have more accessible power options. Plus, I was surprised there wasn't a microwave in a suite with a mini fridge. that made warming bottles more difficult. On a positive note, the hotel seemed clean and organized, despite some minor disarray in common areas. Staff were polite but could have been more responsive to our needs. Parking felt secure. We needed a breakfast option but was disappointed to learn the bar and restaurant were closed during our stay due to maintenance. While a snack was offered, it lacked variety, and we wished for something more substantial. Overall, it was a decent experience, but addressing the outlet situation and ensuring dining options would make it much better.

i had a great 2-night stay at four points by sheraton omaha midtown. the staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome. the suite with a king bed and sofa bed was spacious and comfy. the location was convenient, just a short drive to local attractions, and the fitness center was well-equipped.

It was a great fit for a momentary visit in Omaha with definitely value for money. The staff went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. Make sure to check the breakfast hours before heading down in the morning.

This place suits me perfectly. I appreciate the free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and the fitness center. On my first stay, the staff provided great local info. I highly recommend trying the welcome drink! I'm coming back for a business trip.
